Freunde Abo is a platform that provides access to digital subscription services through different formats, including shared and group-based access.

We do not own or operate the third-party services themselves. Instead, we provide users with access to them under specific conditions, which depend on the type of access selected.

Because of this, it is essential that you understand how each access type works before making a purchase.

2. Acceptance of Terms and responsibility

You connect your own account to a group subscription.

You continue using your personal account, and you remain fully responsible for all activity within it.

3.3 Shared account access

Some services — especially AI-based tools — are provided through shared accounts.

This means that multiple users may interact within the same account environment.

4. Shared access — essential conditions

If you choose a shared account, you must clearly understand the following:

The environment you are using is not private.

Any information you enter — including text, prompts, images, or files — may potentially be visible to other users who have access to the same account.

This is a fundamental characteristic of the service, not a technical error.

For this reason:

You should never use shared accounts for sensitive, personal, or confidential data.

5. Your responsibility when using shared accounts

By purchasing and using a shared account, you explicitly confirm that:

— you understand how shared access works;

— you were informed about this before completing your purchase;

— you voluntarily chose this type of access;

— you accept all risks associated with using a shared environment.

You are solely responsible for:

— any data you submit;

— any content you upload;

— any consequences resulting from your actions within the shared account.

If you choose to upload personal images, private information, or sensitive data, you do so entirely at your own risk.

6. Platform role and limitations

Freunde Abo provides access to services but does not control:

— how third-party services operate;

— how data is processed within those services;

— how other users behave within shared environments.

We do not monitor or manage user-generated content inside shared accounts.

Because of this, we cannot guarantee:

— confidentiality within shared accounts;

— that other users will not access or view content.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Freunde Abo is not responsible for:

— any data that you choose to submit within shared accounts;

— any access to your content by other users;

— any consequences resulting from your use of shared services;

— actions of third parties or other users;

— service interruptions, limitations, or availability issues.

This applies in particular where you were informed in advance about how the service works.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Payments and subscriptions

When purchasing a subscription, you agree that:

— payments may be recurring;

— billing may be automatic based on your selected plan;

— you are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

Access is considered provided once the service is made available in your account.

9. Refunds and disputes
